The dispenser looks great, but the pump design is disappointing. Instead of screwing securely onto the bottle, the pump is held in place by a rubber cork-style stopper. Because it never really locks into position, the pump frequently sits crooked or cockeyed, which makes an otherwise attractive dispenser look cheap and poorly designed.

Would like a replacement! Received it just now and it’s broken. No bubble wrap and no carton box, item was placed in one small box inside a bag.

Perfect! Bought 2 of them for my kitchen sink and they are so nice and modern! The color is a light grey. The pump is soft to the touch.

It was nice while it lasted. It slid into the sink and shattered after just a few uses.

Great simple yet modern dispenser love it
