Freesia Black Beige Hand-Tufted Checkered Rug

Perfect, subtle, pop of flair for the dining room. It’s is black and taupe. Gives the right amount of balance without being too disruptive. Love this rug! Ordered the 6x9 rug for my rectangular table which measures 36x72 and seats 6.

Absolute garbage! I thought this rug looked really cute online. The beige color looked cream. I ordered the 6x9 with the cool looking mismatch pattern. I got a cheap, pilling rug with a consistent pattern and a black/brown color. Customer service pretty much told me I’m SOL and offered $70 refund! On a rug that was hundreds of dollars. An absolute joke. Buy something else! I wish I did.

I love the quality and price of the rug I recently purchased. I especially appreciate the checkered design; the cream and black tones look very high-end and sophisticated, rather than a stark white and black.

I liked the colors and it was good quality

This runner arrived with multiple fabric and textile defects. It also had noticeable discoloration throughout, making it look worn and poor quality. I contacted Wayfair requesting a replacement, but instead they only offered a 25 discount. Since the item was defective, I expected a replacement rather than a partial refund. Because of the poor customer service, I chose to return the runner and have already dropped it off at FedEx.
