Our Community Says

Customers praise the product for its sturdiness, quality, and fabric. Many find the size and storage capacity to be excellent, fitting well in various spaces. However, some reviewers note that the product is narrower than expected, and the lid can be heavy and inconvenient to lift due to the lack of hinges.

I wish I got a storage bench that had hinges on the lid. It’s not easy to take on and off. I don’t recommend it for someone who has to open it on a daily basis such as in the bedroom.

This was the perfect piece of furniture for us. We actually bought 3. If you are using it for storage that you will need access to regularly, you might want a lid that opens mechanically, but we didn't need that. We didn't put the legs on the bottom either. We have them at the end of our beds and in front of our couch. Love the color and the style.

This item came broken (with dangerous screws sticking out) and customer service wouldn’t issue us an immediate refund and couldn’t send a repair person for a month. Literally dangerous for my kids. And the service representative wouldn’t reply to my emails. Don’t buy, such a headache.
