Carlotta Ceramic Pot Planter

As soon as I picked the box up from my front door I could hear the broken pieces moving around in the box. The package was slightly crushed and when I opened the top I could see the planter dish was in several pieces as was the planter. I've order a replacement because it looks cute, but I'm not keeping my hopes up based on similar reviews. AllModern do better. Select better, more qualified shippers and make your vendors improve their packaging.

Great cute by pots. The quality and color are both quite nice.

The plant pot is fabulous. I love the light weight, the color, the saucer, and the shape.

The lower saucers of these planters were broken into 10-15 pieces. Only the thinnest of packing material was place between the lower saucers and the large upper pot. This was true for ALL THREE of the pot/saucer combinations. I will contact customer service and show them the pictures. If they can send me three new saucers (only) for FREE, I will be satisfied. but in the future the saucers should be packed better or even separately.

The planters arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and completely intact. They are perfect for the space I had intended them for. Solid, simple, functional.
