Love the tree. Looks beautiful. Putting the tree together was easy. Trying to figure out the plugs for the lights to work together needs improvement. By the time I hooked all the lights together I had scratches all over my arms & broke out with rashes where I had been scratched up. My tree also( a guess due to the height) had to be plug into the wall receptacle with two different plugs and you can’t plug one plug into the back of the other plug to save room on the wall receptacle. The plugs need to be longer and it would be nice if there was a switch to shut the lights off without having to unplug both plugs from the wall. Other than those improvements needed. It’s really pretty and easy to set up. I had a problem with two rows of lights not working at all. I tried everything to fix (replace bulbs, check wires, etc). This tree has great fullness and quality. It was easy to setup while the branches took awhile to pull down and separate as with any artificial tree. My only two negatives would be the changing of the light color and star plugin. The speed of the light change and blinking starts at fast and continues to get faster with each level. It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare.
