I wasn't sure what to think ordering a tree offline but the price, reviews, and fast shipping sealed the deal. Settled on the Frasier Grande 7.5' Green Fir. What I wanted was a realistic tree that was sturdy and this completely satisfied what I was looking for. Basically, there are 2 types of "branches". The inner, "filler" branches and needles are the standard artificial tree type (slightly glossy, needles are squared-off) and the outer, more visible are rubber and more realistic. The picture actually does the tree justice as you can "pose" each branch to stick out straight or have a more natural droop at the end. We have a lot of heavy ornaments and the strength of the branches held up along with lights. A couple things to keep in mind: (1) This is a wide tree. I nearly had a Clark Griswold mishap setting it up too close to walls/windows. It's over a meter wide. (2) the downside of the sturdiness is that the tree a bit heavy. I'll probably be able to reuse the box it was shipped in for a couple of years but eventually will need to figure out a good solution for storage. (3) Don't expect instructions. It came with a QR code to show you YouTube videos on setting it up. It's not hard to figure out though. (4) It took a couple of days for the tracking number to work. Had it gone to day 3 and I would've had to call customer service to figure out what was happening, just FYI. Overall, very pleased with the tree and with AllModern.
