Nine Branch Electric Chabad Judaica Chanukah Menorah

This was very disappointing. One of the branches arrived bent. There were no directions in the package. And when I tried to screw the top into the base, it didn't hold. I had to send it back. Returning it was also difficult and I wound up having to pay return shipping even though the item was damaged. Bottom line: avoid this product.

Beautiful Chanukah Menorah! One candle did not work but a quick email provided an immediate response and a replacement was sent. Great customer service!
