Moutauk Pencil Pine Artificial Christmas Tree

Not like the picture and the fact that the top section of lights do not connect to main light and requires an extension cord up thru the tree...disappointed.

The very first time using it and a whole section of lights don’t work. Also, for a tree that is meant to not be huge and full, they should really try to conceal the electrical cords but every area I see on the tree has plugs and cords. I didn’t want to put decorations on the tree because I wanted a more natural look but now I’ll have to if I don’t want to see cords everywhere. Very disappointed. This tree is a nice option for small spaces. It’s slim. Easy to assemble. The lights are nicely disbursed and the brightness level is lovely.

The description of this item should not have said “Soft” lights. They were too bright on the eye & could not have been enjoyed. Also I do not rate this tree as a $500. Tree. It is not worthy of that price tag, even if it was “on sale”. I was very dissappointed & It was a hassle to pack up & return. But I thank you for working with me on the return anyway.
