Tree was not full enough and did not resemble the photos online. Shipping and service great but felt that the tree was not represented authentically. Didn’t love having to pay $34 to ship back.

The remote doesn’t work. It’s odd that some of the branches seem worn out. One branch droops too low. It might be broken. The overall look of the tree is pretty. It’s very full. Super easy to assemble. Gets compliments.

It’s beautiful! I haven’t decorated it yet just wanted to see what it looks like opened up but I’m very happy with it.
