Got this tree last season. Put it up this year and half the lights worked. Its boxing day and the other half of the lights are out. We havent even had our Christmas yet.

This tree worked for a day and then the lights went out. Customer service wanted to replace “parts” until I told them I wanted a new tree which is of course backordered so now I won’t have a tree for the holidays. Oh and to get a full refund they want me to return the tree to them after I already threw out the box because I dont have storage to keep boxes in my tiny apartment. So in order to get my refund, I have to find a box that will fit a Xmas tree that doesn’t work so I can get my money back. Seriously rethink buying anything from wayfair that may need to be returned. Photo to show tree is plugged in and lights do not work.
