Tree is beautiful and full (with “fluffing”). Lights are bright and bottom diameter is perfect for the height. I LOVE this tree!

I had ordered a Christmas tree in October but did not open it until December. Upon opening the package, I found there to be only a few pieces of the 12 foot tree equalling about 1/2 the full tree. When I called Wayfair they said there is only meant to be one box and one shipment but upon speaking to the manufacturer they stated it is shipped in two parcels. Wayfair would not refund me the $700 because it was outside the 30 day return window. Thus, I am out $700 because I trusted that what I ordered from Wayfair was inside the box and did not think I needed to open it and confirm upon receipt. I am normally a very happy customer with wayfair-both customer service and quality of items, but this $700 is just too much money to let go.

Tree was easy to assemble though shaping it took hours as others have said. Easily held more lights and hundreds of ornaments. We got the 12 foot which barely fit but looks beautiful

The tree is beautiful. After a lot of fluffing it looks very natural. It doesn’t smell good but I’m sure that will go away. The smell and we had a problem with one of the sections which Wayfair took care of. That’s why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

As described, great tree for corner Placement, narrow and best part, you don’t have to put on/take off the Lights!

I haven’t taken it out of the box yet. Will try it next Christmas. Hope all the lights work.

Wow! I’m so impressed with the size and quality of this tree. You do need to take the extra care and time to fluff each branch individually. It is totally worth it! Give yourself a couple of days. Make sure you have an tall enough ladder. Also, 1000 lights was not enough in my opinion. I added an additional 1400 lights on a separate power strip for a total of 2400. We have 16 foot ceilings and I don’t think we could’ve gone any bigger. This tree is perfect!

This tree is beautiful! It took us a while to fluff all the branches but overall we are really happy with it!
