Birch 588 Light Lighted Trees

I have a small front yard so this beautiful tree fit perfectly and added holiday lights. It arrived on time and was packaged very well to protect the lights. I may order a second to add to the other side of my yard.

The packaging was fantastic. Assembly was simple and quick. The different lighting options were also great. The quality, however, wasn’t very good. The branches, where they attach to the trunk, don’t stay in place and have to be hot-glued. If you don’t, the branches all turn to one side. The branches are also very flimsy. I realize this tree isn’t meant to be decorated, but even the lightest ornament drags the branch down. The trunk and branches are just wrapped in paper, and probably won’t hold up for a long time. Not a very durable tree for the price.

Shipped fast and very well packed with no damage. It’s a pretty steady little tree. Instructions are super simple. It has two different lights on it. Warm and cool tones. The switch has different speeds. It comes with metal pins if you want to stake it down outside. The only con is that you have to unplug it. It doesn’t come with an off selection.

Really pretty! Love the white Burch look. It’s beautiful out on my covered porch with my other decor! Easy to assemble just plug it and after a little fluffing. Would love to find a multi color one as well!

What a horrible blunder of packaging, delivery, product and customer service. Bordering on unethical in more than one way.

I have had this tree, used indoors for 3 months. The lights are very dim on the bottom and the steady light function no longer works and only produces a very dim light. It is not used daily, and for less than 4 hours each time. It worked when it was first bought. It's pretty but --Very disappointing. 3month life span is ridiculous.

This tree looks nicer online than it is in person. My family described it as a Charlie Brown tree. The tree came in two parts. Once I put the top on the bottom, I can’t get it to stand straight up, so it looks crooked all the time. I feel like this might be a better tree for outside decorations rather than inside. For now it works as decoration in basement. The different light settings is a nice feature.
