Love this tree. Not Quite as fully as pictured, but definitely fills in nicely. For the price it really can't be beat. The lights all worked and it only took about 60- 90 minutes to "fluff". Once garland and ornaments are added you won't notice any slight bare spots. Arrived quickly and all pieces worked, really easy assembly.

I am disappointed. This tree looks nothing like the pictures. It isnt full and the needles are short and feel like stiff paper. I understand that it takes time to fluff but I am having more issues trying to get the branches fluffed because the lights are wrapped very tight around each section of branches. I have to unwrap the lights from the sections just so I can spread out the sections. I may as well have ordered an unlit tree and added my own lights.

Arrived broken. Light doesn’t pass through the middle only top and bottom. I am getting 0 help from customer service. One of the worst purchases I have ever made

Spend the time to fluff the branches, it fills rights up, looks great

Great tree for the money. Fluffing it all up took a good while (45-60 mins). The top was a little flimsy but we overall think it looks great. Pre-lit was the way to go.

Very upset. My first purchase from Wayfair is a Christmas tree. After spending all the time to put it up some of the lights didn't work. We found that a wire was cut. That would've been a fire hazard if we kept it that way and just added a strand of lights. Trying to return it for a replacement is a nightmare because I have to wait for some sort of board review. I sent photos. Ridiculous
