It doesn't look like the picture. I purchased this 1 due to it looking so full and real. I am trying to get the bottom portion to not have so many open spaces and to look like the photo

I’m so excited to have this tree. We are in a small apartment and haven’t put a tree up in years. I’ve already decided that it goes up the day after Thanksgiving.

I was so excited to receive my Christmas tree; however, when it arrived and I opened it, I was so disappointed. First, there were 3-4 stems at the bottom of the tree that were hanging very loose - like they were ready to break/fall off. Also, from the little bit I played with the bottom part of the tree, it did not look full like the picture. Thankfully, Wayfair was more than willing to refund my purchase. Now I need to look for another tree.

Did not expand the branches as I didn’t want to put it up yet but I love the Branches and needles. Easy to hang ornaments on. Wanted an unlit tree as prelit are hard to work around the cords !
