Hi I received my tree today. Connection the lights. One I can’t connect together. I think it’s a defect. Christmas is around the corner. And have a tree that won’t lite up. Please advise. Can’t stand picture because it won’t lite up. Also there were one branch that was not connected to the tree. Please arrange for pick up and my refund . I do not want this tree. I wrap the branch on another branch. Thank you. Please advisex

Once we got one delivered that actually worked its awesome. Quite an annoying process to get one that actually lit up so if you get one that works 5 stars the process to return 1 star
