There’s no way that this Christmas tree was brand new. The box that it came in was completely ripped up. The tree was not nicely wrapped or tied with bubble wrap or any kind of protection like norm when you purchase a new artificial Christmas tree. I’ve purchased many artificial trees, and everyone was nicely, tied and wrapped in bubble wrap. Another indication that this was not new was that there was dried real Christmas Holly in the branches of the tree. This was not purchased as a used item. This was purchased as a brand new item. This is a disgrace for Wayfair and there quality control. I’ve purchased many items from Wayfair extremely disappointed. Now I have no box to store it in. I did assemble it to make sure it did work and it does work. But this is still very disappointing.

Great tree. Nice & full without being too full that it’s difficult to decorate. Great shape & perfect size. Easy set up & the remote control is awesome!

Love this! My 11 year old assembled it by herself … after hauling the delivery box up a flight of stairs. It still needs floofing but it looks great. Just what I wanted.
