Herolinda Easy Set-Up Pre-Lit Flocked Artificial Fir Christmas Tree

This tree was an excellent value. The flocking shed a lot, but I expected it to when I first put it up. It did not shed at all until I had to put it back down. I used this from November until March for Christmas and for Mardi Gras. I definitely recommend this tree. The lights worked perfectly for months with no issues.

The tree itself is pretty. However I had the tree decorated for about five days when the lights stopped working. I reached out to Wayfair and they contacted me the makers of this tree. I had a bunch of back and forth messages when finally they came to the resolution f sending me an adapter for the wall plug. This took about a week before they had said they would set up a replacement part. All while I m having company for Christmas and no lights on my tree. I think they finally sent it about the 21 st of Dec. I was hopeful that maybe I would get it by Christmas Eve. Nope! They sent it fed ex GROUND! So I had no Christmas tree adapter for the lights for Christmas. It arrived on the 27th. So I am sending the tree back and I will buy a new one from another manufacturer next year.

Love this tree, exactly as described what I wanted, definitely recommend this one. The only thing is that it’s messy but, it’s only for 3ml the out of the year.

Tree just arrived and I haven’t open it yet. I’m anxious to see it but I can’t handle it alone Here’s hoping the light work
