Wrong Website description: Wesite says 78" tall. The tree is actually ~ 74-75" tall, and it is much smaller than photos and description. I tried returning, but there was a $63 shipping charge to me (I thought it was free return). I called Wayfair customer service and asked to waive the return shipping cost because they put WRONG description on their website. After a lot of back and forth with WF customer service and sending them the attached photos for proof, they said there is nothing they can do about it and connected me with the manufacturer. I was put on hold for looooong time (with the manufacturer) and at got disconnected. DO NOT buy from Wayfair. DO NOT buy from this manufacturer. This was the worst customer service I have received in this time and age.

Super easy set up and the lights have a soft , warm glow. However, getting the limbs fluffed out was a little tricky because of the “snow” on the limbs. Overall, we’re still very pleased with it.

Absolutely love this tree. We had a hard time taking it down. It is beautiful with the perfect amount of snow. Light are lovely with just the right amount of snow on them giving a frosty look. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

It's pretty good. 1. It is def slim. I wanted a slim tree for my spot, but I think I wish this was a little fuller. Also, the picture shows lots of branches sticking out for ornament hanging. No. They don't. This tree is very pyramid-shaped. I would prefer a little more green. The tree is almost completely white. I do like how it just snaps together--you don't have to plug the different sections into each other. That's a nice feature. And I'm really pleased with the height--8.5'--my ceiling is 10', and this is perfect. I alternate using my fake tree with using a live tree each year, and one of the things I've always enjoyed with the artificial tree is that I can hang all my ornaments--even the heavy ones. Well... not on this tree. The branches are not strong, at all. Some of my slightly heavier ornaments have to be perched on a branch below so they don't pull the branch their hanging on too much. And lastly, there is no official top to this tree. I had to take the longest horizontal branch near the top and bend it upward to make a place to put my lightweight topper. But then the branch was so flimsy I had to take another branch and wind it around it to provide some support. And my lightweight tree topper still sways if you bump the tree at all. Overall, I'm satisfied enough. I would return it if it didn't cost another $50 to do so.
