This is such a beautiful tree! It looks exactly how it’s shown online, once you fluff it. It sheds some but not too much and the branches give it a realistic look. Very pleased and great price!

Tree came with parts that didn’t match. The bottom section was a different size and flocking than the middle and top section. Birch Lane really couldn’t do much about it other than have us send it back. Timing was such that we couldn’t get a new one in time. Waste of time and money. Disappointing all the way around.
