Ordered this sofa in the Soren Ochre performance velvet and WOW it is so lovely. It came nicely delivered in a protective box, was easy to unwrap and very minimal set-up, just need to attach the sofa feet. It has a comfortable sit to it. I absolutely love this sofa. The delivery was excellent - earlier than expected and professional. It is firm, great lumbar support, perfect depth, and just simply gorgeous. My friends who have already come to visit my new apartment gush over how beautiful and expensive it looks. One friend thought it was funny that the back pillows could be used as a velvet "etch-a-sketch" and write our names and silly faces and then erase it with the brush of a hand. I look at hundreds of couches and ended up going with this one when it could be delivered in weeks not months. Very pleasantly surprised at what arrived and how it looks. As some other reviewers have noted, it’s firm but I think that should hold up better over the long term. What a great sofa! I do understand what some other reviewers mean when they say the velvet isn't the softest. It's not luxe, but it is durable and overall great quality. The color is rich and it looks expensive. I was debating between this one and the reddish brown, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of the color selections. I've attached the photo but because the lighting wasn't the best the picture doesn't do it justice. I also really like the level of firmness of the sofa. It's firm enough to support your back as you sit or lounge, but also giving enough that you can sink in and get comfortable. The depth is also great - I'm 5'8" and I was able to comfortably stretch out with room to turn over. And I have to give a big shoutout to the delivery team for promptly bringing my sofa on a rainy day with no damage or stains. They hauled the sofa up my brownstone walkup without a complaint. Overall a great experience and a delightful addition to my space. I'll see if I can adjust or add to my review after some time passes to comment on how it holds up. Overall, I say get it.. Modern blue couch. Love the quality and the size of the couch in y space. it does sit low which I knew from the specs, getting used to it as we had big furniture before. I read it felt stiff when you first sit on it and I agree. It will soften up hopefully not get droopy.
