I absolutely love this sofa. The delivery was excellent - earlier than expected and professional. It is firm, great lumbar support, perfect depth, and just simply gorgeous. My friends who have already come to visit my new apartment gush over how beautiful and expensive it looks. One friend thought it was funny that the back pillows could be used as a velvet "etch-a-sketch" and write our names and silly faces and then erase it with the brush of a hand. I look at hundreds of couches and ended up going with this one when it could be delivered in weeks not months. Very pleasantly surprised at what arrived and how it looks. As some other reviewers have noted, it’s firm but I think that should hold up better over the long term. The back of the couch is lower than I expected however the firm cushions give you comfortable support. I was worried the color would be darker than light grey but it is a true light grey.
