Ordered this sofa in the Soren Ochre performance velvet and WOW it is so lovely. It came nicely delivered in a protective box, was easy to unwrap and very minimal set-up, just need to attach the sofa feet. It has a comfortable sit to it. Absolutely in love with my new couch! I got the light blue color and it is beautiful -- not so bold of a color that it's a focal point but not your standard gray/tan/brown couch. Really elevates my living room. The velvet is soft, the seat is deep, and the whole thing looks and feels expensive. The couch is long enough for an adult male to lie down all the way, and with the back pillows removed, the couch would actually be a fine place for a guest to sleep! Couch arrived in a box and all we had to do was screw the legs in -- although some of the pre-drilled holes were clearly off, so we had to make our own holes for some. I absolutely love this sofa. The delivery was excellent - earlier than expected and professional. It is firm, great lumbar support, perfect depth, and just simply gorgeous. The couch looks great and the material is high quality. I got the darker grey color and it has a subtle brown to it which worked great for my space. I purchased the Natalie Loveseat to complete the furnishing of a 500 ft. studio I have in Chicago which has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. I look at hundreds of couches and ended up going with this one when it could be delivered in weeks not months. Very pleasantly surprised at what arrived and how it looks. As some other reviewers have noted, it’s firm but I think that should hold up better over the long term. The back of the couch is lower than I expected however the firm cushions give you comfortable support. I was worried the color would be darker than light grey but it is a true light grey.
