This couch appears to be high quality and the delivery was smooth with no issues. I’m only docking it a star because it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be (at least right out of the box). It’s definitely on the firm side, so if you’re looking for a couch that’s a cloud and one you’re going to sink into this isn’t that couch That being said, the color is awesome and like I said it seems to be well built. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. This goes well with my Article sofa and ottoman. I was trying to order a similar piece from Article, but it kept getting delayed. I'm so glad that I canceled that order and found this armless chair. It only took two days for it to arrive from the time I placed my order. It was packaged very well, required no assembly, and the price was excellent.
