This couch appears to be high quality and the delivery was smooth with no issues. I’m only docking it a star because it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be (at least right out of the box). A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. I received this sofa yesterday and so far, absolutely love it! The fabric looks very durable and well made, and although a touch lighter than expected, I think it will hold up just fine. I only have a few small notes just based on my personal preference. I wish the ottoman had a way of attaching to become an actual sectional, and it sits just slightly lower than I would like. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. I ordered the Asher sofa and matching ottoman in the beige/cream linen color. The sofa is soooo comfortable! The fabric seems high quality and durable. Please note that the sofa comes with matching pillows but the pillows in the photo are my own throw pillows. The pillows that came with it are good quality and I decided to use them instead as back support for some cream upholstered chairs that happen to match. For folks who order the matching ottoman—strongly recommend measuring!!! I did not measure the ottoman and it is huge!!
