No complaints. I ordered 2 of the Dover Crescent White Linen Blend color. The color and size was exactly as listed. The channeling and fabric shade was identical on both chairs. The chairs are comfortable to sit in but for a couple of hours max. I plan to converse or play a board game in these. It is medium in firmness and some cushion in the back and the arms. It comes with a pillow, which provides extra back support and has a removable cover for easy cleaning. The swivel is smooth.
