This console table is really nice, especially for the price! Reviews about the screws being visible are incorrect. The bottom part is sturdy as well, I currently have multiple coffee books and plants on it and it's solid. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. It looks high end and like real wood. This is a beautiful table with sleek lines and a rich color. We also purchased the matching coffee table. Chose these pieces for the modern looking design but also for the size of the tables — we were looking for a very long console table to fit well with a 7' sofa. This console table is 78" long which is a rare find. Would give a five star rating except that we have found these tables scratch pretty easily and so will require plexiglass or something similar to protect the tops. Console itself looks great.. solid craftsmanship, though the spacing between bars is not even on both sides of the front two legs, beautiful piece. Box was horribly damaged and arrived with the legs sticking out from the box bottom. Unit was slightly crushed on the left side and there is an obvious downward slope on that end, resulting in a few bent bars near the bottom. Four stars for design, one star for delivered condition.
