The coffee table is absolutely beautiful—just as pictured! The walnut color is rich and elegant, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. It’s well-made and a perfect addition to my space. However, the ordering experience was frustrating. I placed my order on 9/18/24, and AllModern initially stated I would receive it by 11/22, but the delivery kept getting pushed back. It ultimately took 4 months to arrive. Customer service gave conflicting reasons—one saying it was a made-to-order item, another saying it was back-ordered. That being said, real wood inherently requires maintenance to keep it looking good and preserve it for years (occasional application of wood soap, preventive care such as coasters and avoiding high humidity or hot environments, etc). If maintenance is not your thing, then look for a veneer or even MDF piece for less, and expect to replace it within a shorter lifespan.
