arrived quickly but damaged and missing the pieces to build two of the three chairs. looks like it was a return (there’s literally the old shipping label with the previous customer’s name and address still on the box) that was just sent out without quality control. replacement is expected to take an extra week. **UPDATE** wanted to follow up that the replacement arrived quickly and in new condition. have been using them for almost a year and still love them.. These stools were easy to put together and seem very sturdy. The height worked well for me for our counter-height kitchen island. I did remove the plastic discs that were screwed into the bottom of each leg and replaced them with a soft pad that won't scratch our wood floors. They are not the most comfortable to sit on for long periods of time, but about what I would expect from a stool with this kind of woven seat.
