The bed is very pretty but we are sad that the white stripe one sees in the pic isn’t there. It just depends on the wood and where the white ends up. Ours only has a small spot of white. The bed is beautiful and very well made. It takes at least 2 people to assemble and due to screws not lining up properly (i’ve read about this in other reviews as well) takes a decent chunk of time. Be aware that the frame sits much lower to the ground than it appears in the images, check the measurements. I gave 4 stars because the mattress sits very deep in to the frame, it was difficult to put sheets on. I had to purchase a 4” metal bed riser so that it would sit higher.. Natalie. OH.
