OMG !!! This table is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations beyond belief ! This is heirloom quality furniture. Real wood and Beautiful color and craftsmanship ! This table is gorgeous. I wanted a solid wood table top, not a veneer. It looks black in the photos, but in real life it's very dark with brown undertones in the stain. The effect is gorgeous, but definitely not black up close. I did have an issue with the hardware during assembly: needed to go out and purchase longer screws (4) and additional washers (12). This is the only time I've ever had an issue assembling an AllModern piece. Luckily it was only a $7 trip to the hardware store to fix so I didn't need to get Customer Service involved, but the assembly/hardware for this product needs to be reviewed.
