Arrived in great condition. Easy to install, one screw hole definitely required a little more muscle. The upholstery is of fine quality, clean lines no issues here. But I bought the stool for the legs, the frame is just beautiful and looks great at my counter. At some point I'll reupholster to give the chairs a bit more pizzazz. Overall I love the chair. arrived quickly but damaged and missing the pieces to build two of the three chairs. looks like it was a return (there’s literally the old shipping label with the previous customer’s name and address still on the box) that was just sent out without quality control. replacement is expected to take an extra week. **UPDATE** wanted to follow up that the replacement arrived quickly and in new condition. have been using them for almost a year and still love them..
