Nice sectional and ottoman with firm, supportive cushions, and plush polyester velour upholstery. Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. Amazing experience! I ordered during a sale and picked the date it arrived. I have a very tricky apartment but the team brought my sofa up the stairs without a hitch. The sofa is a very rich green. The material isn’t the softest but I can tell it’ll be durable. It’s much larger in person. It’s a little stiff right now but I’m sure it’ll soften up with some time. As you can see it is beautiful. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
