Really wanted to get the Article Sven couch, but it was out of my budget. Aesthetically this looks nearly the same as the Article couch from what I can tell. It looks awesome. But with most things that look awesome and are budget friendly, it’s not very comfortable. The back cushions are nice and squishy, but the bottom cushion is very stiff. This is a quality sofa with a sleek and elegant look. The open bottom makes it appear less substantial and bulky but it is quite heavy and solidly built. Reinforced joinery make it quite sturdy. The leather is very soft and supple and well conditioned. The seat cushions are quite wide however the back cushions are comparatively shallow relative to many sofas. This isn’t a problem but something to keep in mind if that’s something you’re after. I got a good deal over Presidents Day and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.. Jeff.
