I appreciated the next-day delivery for both ottomans that I ordered. -1 star: The tray-top lid is VERY hard to remove; I had to use the back-end of a spoon to pry the lid off. The tray itself looked great, though! I also think that the original $199 price is too expensive for what you get. I ended up returning both ottomans because the color of the green upholstery was just too blue-toned to go with my space -- no one's fault, just the luck of the draw! The return cost was about 1/7 the total cost of the ottomans. Please note that the sofa comes with matching pillows but the pillows in the photo are my own throw pillows. The pillows that came with it are good quality and I decided to use them instead as back support for some cream upholstered chairs that happen to match. For folks who order the matching ottoman—strongly recommend measuring!!! I did not measure the ottoman and it is huge!! i really like this ottoman, it’s kinda Scandinavian but feels warm and cozy too. i got the 48″ size, big enough for me to stretch out after work, though sometimes i wish it was just a smidge lower than 17″ high for my short legs. the charcoal linen fabric is simple but nice-looking, it reminds me of my mom’s couch from childhood. it’s minimalist—no loud patterns, just clean lines. i use a mild detergent to spot clean and that works fine, the color stays even. the natural oak base peeks out and gives it a friendly, woodsy feel. i’m under the 250 lb limit and it’s sturdy enough for me to sit. not perfect, but it fits my space beautifully..
