I love the couch! The cushions are very comfortable, and the arms are quite high so you can lean back against them if you want to life across the couch. My couch arrived damaged, but they are sending me a new one, which I greatly appreciate! Great looking couch but mediocre on comfort. Couch came fully assembled in a box. Delivery person was able to bring it inside. Couch is well put together.
