The stools arrived in good time, packed well and no damage. The colour of the wood is lighter than on the site, more of a white oak look. The brown leather is as pictured. Update…We have been using them for a month, they are very sturdy, although a slim design which might be an issue for larger folks. Beautiful counter stools. They are well made and sturdy. the only problem we had was the uninvited hitchhikers that came with the stools - dreaded German cockroaches. As we were unwrapping the stools in the garage first one, then another, then another. My husband was whacking them like crazy to prevent an infestation in our home. Unpleasant surprise.
