The piece is very soft. I just like my couch to look neat and this is lumpy. The 2 corner pillows fall off all the time. I literally want to Velcro them to the counter piece. This is a lovely chair very comfortable, still needs some breaking in but it’s awesome. The chair is extremely light which has me worried on the construction aspect but so far so good.
