Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. I didn’t zoom in enough to see there are cheap ribbons and hooks that keep the arm rest/back rest/and seats together. There are also no provided hooks to keep the entire couch together so when you sit each piece moves. Sure it’s cute if but it’s not functional IMO. I regret this purchase. I also purchased the set up which is a separate company and I didn’t realize that until I got home and all the packages were there with no phone call or setup.
