This table is pretty great although it stains very easily, almost like there is no sealer on it. The other negative is we kept having problems with Wayfair sending us the right one. This was for a cabin so each time it was a wrong order, it was another drive that was wasted. Wayfair really didn't do much to compensate. Great table. I love it. Looks like the picture. Good size too, and the narrowness of the base seems better than the wide ones that'd annoy my feet for sure. The base is flat, so expect it to wobble on some carpet. If you don't mind floating it an inch above the floor, you can add feet to fix that wobble. Gorgeous table! I get tons of compliments for it. Actually fits 5 chairs comfortably. One thing I will say to keep in mind is that the top of the table is thick (3-4”) so although the overall height of the table is 30”, you’re losing those other inches in leg space. The table is beautiful. It took me a couple of hours to get used to it, as our previous table was dark brown and more uniform color. I love the color of this table, but beware that the wood knots show more due to light color. I suppose they give it additional charm, though I expected to have less knots visible. The legs of the table are very unique and stylish. Our chairs tuck in just nicely on the sides, but they don't tuck in all the way at the head of the table as the legs of chairs bump into the legs of table. It doesn't bother us, but we probably won't keep the chairs at the head sides of table all the time. Also, when you sit on the head of the table, the space for legs is limited. If you push yourself in all the way, you won't be able to spread your legs, but this is not a big deal if you don't sit there often. I was concerned that the table would stain easily, but I tested it immediately upon delivery. The fluid beads up on top of it, so there is definitely a good protective coating on it.
