Nice sectional and ottoman with firm, supportive cushions, and plush polyester velour upholstery. Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
