The table looks just beautiful in our space. The color is great and fits just as I was hoping. I just do notice a few areas that seem “dry”, as the finish they put on wasn’t properly done correctly, and therefore harder to clean. I’m wondering if I need to add any kind of protective cover in the form of oiling it or something. I just feel that the beautiful smooth top might not hold up too well under daily use. This table is pretty great although it stains very easily, almost like there is no sealer on it. The other negative is we kept having problems with Wayfair sending us the right one. This was for a cabin so each time it was a wrong order, it was another drive that was wasted. Wayfair really didn't do much to compensate. There is a tradeoff between style and stability. You won't be able to sit on this table without it tipping all the way over. Obviously, there's no reason to sit on a table; just setting expectations. Otherwise it's absolutely stable enough for dining and such. The markings on the surface are obviously intentional and meant to evoke an industrial feel. There is a blotchy shine or lamination on the surface that I'm not sure if it should be scrubbed off or ignored (it's not painfully obvious).
