Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
