The product overall is nice. Lost a star because we received a mis-manufactured leg for one of the chairs and need to contact support about it. The hardware they sent also did not hold up and a couple screw heads popped off so we needed to use our own. Love them! I’ve been looking for a bar stool that would replace our old ones and these worked out great! On trend boucle, comfortable, sleek and not to mention, great buy at only a little over 100 each. I did not give it a five star because assembly was a little tricky(screw hole alignment )as is often the case with foreign made products.
