The chairs are very nice, however, one box was delivered completely ripped open. One chair leg was sticking out of the box. The leg is bent backwards and the chair frame separated from the front corner of the chair due to the leg bending backwards. The other box was somewhat collapsed but no visible damage. FedEx is scheduled to pick the chairs up for return since I need a pair and one is unusable. Chairs are out of stock from the manufacturer. Such a shame especially since they are very expensive.
