I love the couch! The cushions are very comfortable, and the arms are quite high so you can lean back against them if you want to life across the couch. My couch arrived damaged, but they are sending me a new one, which I greatly appreciate! Great looking couch but mediocre on comfort. Couch came fully assembled in a box. Delivery person was able to bring it inside. Couch is well put together. The couch is nice (we ordered two). Represented well by the pictures on the website. The materials seem like good quality, and the couches were comfortable without an extended break in time needed. We had a small hiccup where we just noticed a staple sticking out of the back of the couch.
