Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. I didn’t zoom in enough to see there are cheap ribbons and hooks that keep the arm rest/back rest/and seats together. There are also no provided hooks to keep the entire couch together so when you sit each piece moves. Sure it’s cute if but it’s not functional IMO. I regret this purchase. I also purchased the set up which is a separate company and I didn’t realize that until I got home and all the packages were there with no phone call or setup.
