A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. Terrible quality for the price. Do not buy. I paid $2,100 and the actual product looks nothing like the website. The sofa is completely unstable, the modular pieces leave huge gaps when connected, the cushions instantly collapse, and the stitching and bottom lining are very poor. Extremely disappointed.. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. We bought this as a replacement for a very modern sectional that had vinyl covering - and the problem was that the vinyl was wearing much faster than we had expected. I ordered the Asher sofa and matching ottoman in the beige/cream linen color. The sofa is soooo comfortable! The fabric seems high quality and durable. Please note that the sofa comes with matching pillows but the pillows in the photo are my own throw pillows. The pillows that came with it are good quality and I decided to use them instead as back support for some cream upholstered chairs that happen to match. For folks who order the matching ottoman—strongly recommend measuring!!! I did not measure the ottoman and it is huge!! I like that the ottoman top cushion velcros to the base so it stays in place and that the whole piece is easy to move but also doesn’t slide around on my wood floors. Ariel. Salem, OR.
