Looks great for the price! And the white glove delivery setup was awesome! (Meanwhile for more expensive frames we had to pay for assembly!) Only issue is we have a queen mattress on it and the frame sticks out quite a bit on the sides and the it is also slightly long for the mattress. The bed looked sturdy and the assembly service was very nice. However the wrong color was sent - medium grey instead of ash grey. The exterior of the frame is incredibly high quality, sturdy, and solid with a beautiful finish. My issue with this product was the interior of the frame - the slats and the center rail that supports the middle of the bed. The materials for the interior was very low quality manufactured wood that was splitting and cracked when I received it. Considering these parts are meant to provide the main support of the mattress and weight of its users, I was concerned about how it would hold up. As I was also missing two screws from the hardware kit, I contacted customer support about it and was offered a partial refund and they suggested I replace it myself with lumber from a hardware store. Not the ideal solution, but since I wanted to be able to use the bed asap, I went along with it. Put together, the bed is a quality piece that I'm super proud to have in my new home. I put it together myself over the course of a couple days as I needed to get new materials, as a person of 105lbs and a less than 5 foot stature, but definitely struggled a bit when it came to putting the legs on as they instruct you to build the frame with headboard first... So I would advise having at least two people to work through this one. Overall, I'm happy with it and specifically needed a bed with at least 8" clearance from the floor to fit rolling drawers I had and they fit perfectly!. Kimberly. The bed looks exactly how I thought it would look and I love the look. The feel of the wood is a bit rougher than expected but definitely solid wood, which I wanted. There was some damage on the frame from the installers or already there before it was put together. I’m gonna give this bed 4 stars based on the fact that it’s reasonably priced, it goes together in like 10 minutes, and it looks nice, clean and simple. HOWEVER, the bed isn’t perfect. The side rails don’t line up perfectly at the footboard (at least on mine), it came with a couple small blemishes in the paint, and a chip. AND while I like what they did with the slats here by adding Velcro, I actually added some 1/4” mdf that I had on top of the slats because they are not very strong and I was worried about that. ALSO, my king mattress sticks out over the sides of the bed by about an inch on each side. So it seems the bed is about 2” too narrow.
