This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people. I’ve had the chairs in black for a couple weeks. They’re is attractive, strongly built and the seat is well woven and seems resilient. The stain and top coat on the wood is very well done as well. They are not soft chairs, however, and do grow a bit uncomfortable after some time sitting, but the bent backrest is well formed and promotes a comfortably reclined posture without the wood part digging into one’s back. The chairs are very nice, however, one box was delivered completely ripped open. One chair leg was sticking out of the box. The leg is bent backwards and the chair frame separated from the front corner of the chair due to the leg bending backwards. The other box was somewhat collapsed but no visible damage. FedEx is scheduled to pick the chairs up for return since I need a pair and one is unusable. Chairs are out of stock from the manufacturer. Such a shame especially since they are very expensive.
