These chairs are gorgeous and high style. Really high quality. They came in one piece, so no assembly. We ordered 2. One of them had a small nick on the arm joint (from pre shipping), but it’s small enough that I’m not going to bother with a return and just color it in myself. Great packaging during shipping. Wood and upholstery feel high quality.. Caroline. Middleton, WI. Tue Dec 02 2025

Lovely print and just like the photos. I wish it was a tab more comfortable as it is very firm, but hoping it loosens with time. Overall still very happy with it!. Janai. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Jul 08 2026

The chairs are very nice, however, one box was delivered completely ripped open. One chair leg was sticking out of the box. The leg is bent backwards and the chair frame separated from the front corner of the chair due to the leg bending backwards. The other box was somewhat collapsed but no visible damage. FedEx is scheduled to pick the chairs up for return since I need a pair and one is unusable. Chairs are out of stock from the manufacturer. Such a shame especially since they are very expensive. I have pictures of the boxes ripped sitting at my front door and the bent frame.. Patricia. Jupiter, FL. Mon Jul 20 2026

I was very skeptical about buying a piece of furniture online, since both the comfort and the color were incredibly important to me. But after searching high and low for something that fit our space in the right color, that wouldn’t take forever to come, I came across this chair and decided to give it a try. I was totally prepared to return it if I didn’t like the color or the way it felt. But it turned out to be perfect to meet our needs! The brown color looks very much like the photo, the fabric feels nice, and the chair is comfortable to sit in. We liked it so much that we immediately placed an order for a second chair, so we now have two of them for our living room and they look great together! The first chair arrived in about 6 days (it was slightly delayed) and the second chair arrived in 3 days—way better than the 4 MONTHS we were being told at other stores for other chairs we considered. The chairs took about 30 minutes to assemble and my husband said it was pretty easy to do. Very happy with this purchase!. Michele. Austin. Sun Sep 27 2026
